Join us every Wednesday in July for an exclusive Omakase dinner experience with our sushi chef de cuisine, Chef Sho Shimmoto.
In this intimate setting, Chef Sho personally crafts and serves a multi-course menu, showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients and the art of Japanese culinary tradition. You will also have an opportunity to pair each dish with a beverage selected by our sommelier to best compliment the flavors of each ingredient.
“Omakase” translates to “I leave it up to you,” inviting guests to place their full trust in the chef's hands. Each evening promises a unique, immersive journey through flavor, texture, and presentation — all tailored in the moment.
